Candidates shall qualify for graduation at a congregation if they have satisfied all the requirements for graduation by the end of the previous academic year. A candidate who could not fulfil all the requirements by the end of the previous academic year but does so in the first semester of the ensuing academic year shall be eligible for the next graduation.
